About Vida Clinic
Founded in 2021 by Dr Orlanda Allen, Vida Clinic was born from a simple belief: medical aesthetics should be personal, considered and grounded in medical expertise.
After years working as a doctor, alongside developing my passion for aesthetic medicine, I wanted to create something different. A clinic where patients feel listened to, where consultations are never rushed, and where treatment decisions are guided by what is genuinely right for the individual.
For me, aesthetics has never been about changing the way someone looks. It's about understanding what concerns them, recognising how their skin and face change over time, and helping them feel confident through thoughtful, natural-looking results.
That's why every journey at Vida begins with a conversation.
Today, Vida Clinic brings together my clinical experience, commitment to evidence-informed practice and passion for helping people navigate the often confusing world of medical aesthetics.
About Dr Orlanda Allen
My career in medicine spans more than 16 years, taking me from hands-on clinical practice to senior leadership positions within some of the UK's leading private healthcare organisations.
Along the way, I've developed a particular interest in the relationship between health, ageing, confidence and wellbeing.
I began practising aesthetic medicine over eight years ago, and what initially drew me to the specialty was the combination of medical science, anatomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to how people feel about themselves. What I enjoy most about aesthetics is that no two patients are the same. Someone might come to see me because they feel their face looks tired, their skin has changed, or they simply don't recognise the reflection they see in the mirror.
Others want to understand how to look after their skin as they age. My role isn't to tell you what needs changing. It's to listen, understand what's important to you and explain what we can realistically achieve together.
I hold an MBA in Healthcare from University College London, awarded with Distinction, alongside a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine from Harley Academy. These experiences have shaped the way I practise. I place enormous importance on patient safety, clinical standards, evidence-informed treatments and making sure patients feel empowered to make decisions about their own care.
